What a fabulous event
with over 100 horses, 22 exhilarating
exhibition rides in 90 minutes followed by our
dinner party with close to 350 guests
celebrating until 2am!

The biggest thanks and hugs to everyone who
believed in and enhanced our first annual
Fiesta Midwest. Thanks to all of you, our first
Pure Spanish Horse Show was turned into a
truly enjoyable and unforgettable event!

About our first annual 2008 Fiesta Midwest:

Thanks to everyone's positive spirit Fiesta
Midwest felt like a family reunion and the
support from everyone made this show
incredibly special!

MPSHA and all participants would like to
express our appreciation by thanking everyone
who made this possible!

We would like to thank:

- Bob Langrish from the U.K., who caught the
magic of our beloved breed during his famed
Liberty Shots. Our breeders are already
advertising with his incredible photos!

- Wahl Clippers, Amy and her team, who
brought their training trailer, held Clipping
Seminars supported by our region's top
grooms, and brought a wealth of education to
the owners of our breed.

- Laura Amandis and Acierto for their
performance and clinics and for amazing our
audience including the Spanish Delegation!

- Mercedes Gonzalez Cort, our judge from
Spain, who went out of her way with
conformation seminar and individual advise!

- Alexander Zilo, ANCCE delegado, and USPRE
president Kimberly VanKampen Boyer, who
encouraged us to follow our dream and turn
Fiesta Midwest 2008 into a reality!

- Dr. Jaime Chapa, certified veterinarian for
ANCCE, for his professionalism and integrity,
answering everyone's questions patiently and
to everyone's full understanding. Dr. Chapa
provided around 90 inscription/revision
services at Fiesta Midwest and we hope to
welcome him back in 2009!

- Jennifer Steward, founding member of
USPRE, for volunteering her time to review
and process all ANCCE paperwork involved
quickly and efficiently.

- The ANCCE delegation, including ANCCE
President Javier Conde who enjoyed meeting
regional breeders, offering seminars, and
answering countless questions!

- Dr. Rivas, Fiesta Midwest's show president,
who also inspected all horses arriving for
competition, who was trained by Dr. Chapa to
perform ANCCE inscriptions in the future!

- Our Friday Evening Exhibitors: 22
spectacular acts showcasing the versatitily of
our breed in 90 minutes!

- Chef Frederic Boyer for his fantastic Paella!

- Ballet Folklorico Imagenes Mexicanas and
Mariachi Estrella for enhancing our Dinner
