Fiesta Midwest 2008 is our very first time to offer
a Pure Spanish Horse Show in the Midwest!
Fiesta Midwest is an exceptional event in
celebration of the Pure Spanish Horse!
It will be held June 5th-8th, 2008 at the Roberts
Arena in Wilmington, Ohio.
Two esteemed officials will judge classes in
conformation and performance: a highly respected
American judge and also a certified ANCCE judge,
a representative from The Spanish Stud Book in
Spain.
Fiesta Midwest hosts the largest annual sales
event for the Pure Spanish Horse in this country.
Potential buyers can meet the horses in person
and see them perform and be evaluated. Seminars
are offered to educate breeders on maintaining
the Spanish breed standards and assist buyers in
the selection of their dreamhorse.
ANCCE Inscription and Revision are offered.
World-renowned equestrian photographer Bob
Langrish is available for his famed liberty photo
shoot. Breed specific clinics are going to add fun
and learning. A selection of quality vendors will be
the icing on the cake!
The highlight of our show will be the exciting
Saturday evening exhibition "¡Viva la Vida!" -
celebrating the heritage of the Pure Spanish Horse
and showcasing the versatility of our breed. This
includes traditional Doma Vaquera, Cobra and
Garrocha rides, dressage exhibitions, colorful
Flamenco dancers and an amazing liberty
performance by Laura Amandis.
