and/or Revision at Fiesta Midwest, please contact

We need to determine the exact number of horses
to be presented to request the correct time (either
one or two days) from the ANCCE
Inscription/Revision Team.
And for ANCCE being able to prepare the correct
paperwork for you, to work efficiently at the show,
please contact us with the exact information about
your horse(s) you wish to present.

If you are planning to request services from
LG-ANCCE, in other words to present your horse at
Fiesta Midwest for Inscription or Revision, and you
do not have Breeders Codigo Number assigned to
you by the Spanish Stud Book, you must complete
the "APPLICATION FOR BREEDERS CODE" and
send LG-ANCCE the bill of sale or documents of
transfer of ownership!
If you don't have these documents, you may fill out
this document "DECLARATION OF
OWNERSHIP" and please keep the space for the
breeders code blank.
These documents need to be sent to Dr. Arancha
Rodriguez prior to Fiesta Midwest!

Additional information:

If someone wants to inscribe a foal, but the dam (or sire) is not
revised:
-It is absolutely necessary for me to revise the dam (or sire) before
the inscription of the foal.
- If the dam (or sire) is apto in the revision, then I start immediately
with the inscription of the foal. Both things can be done the same day
at the same place.
- If the dam (or sire) is not apto, I can't start with the inscription of
the foal.
So, I need the dam (or sire) to be revised and apto before the
inscription of the foal.

According to Dr. Arancha Rodriguez from the INTERNATIONAL AREA of
the LGPRE-ANCCE Stud Book on January 21, 2008:
Please share with us the official Name and complete codigo number
of both your horse's dam and sire, your horse's name, date of birth,
microchip and other information (and any additional information, like
number of preinscription form and Certificado de Cubricion, if
available). Please also include your breeder's codigo number and
info.
This list will be sent to ANCCE for further processing.
